EDIT: Jake, your response here actually reflects the exact behavior I was calling out. It feels generic and dismissive—more about saving face than taking accountability. You hung up on me, didn’t call back, and told me you couldn’t cancel my autopay. When I spoke with another agent, I was told only agents can cancel autopay—meaning you either didn’t know how to do your job or weren’t willing to help. That’s not a misunderstanding. That’s unprofessional. I’ve moved on, but I left this review so others know what to expect. I hope you take that seriously."
