He was argumentative, dismissive, and quick to blame rather than help. Instead of offering solutions or clarity, he made me feel like I was the problem. If you’re looking for responsive, respectful customer service—look elsewhere. I miss Larry Pyatt's team and am sad he retired. EDIT: Jake, your response here actually reflects the exact behavior I was calling out. It feels generic and dismissive—more about saving face than taking accountability. You hung up on me, didn’t call back, and told me you couldn’t cancel my autopay. When I spoke with another agent, I was told only agents can cancel autopay—meaning you either didn’t know how to do your job or weren’t willing to help. That’s not a misunderstanding. That’s unprofessional. I’ve moved on, but I left this review so others know what to expect. I hope you take that seriously."
