I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. I grew up watching my parents own and operate our family-owned vacuum repair shop. I learned a lot about business, but more importantly, I learned a lot about people. After I graduated high school, I attended a local community college before I transferred to the University of West Florida. There I became part of an on-campus organization that was very involved in reaching the campus and community. While I was at West Florida, I began working for Chick-fil-A. As we all know, Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service so I felt like I was able to build on a lot of my skills. The culmination of my life experiences point to the importance of how you treat others. I love serving others and I am very grateful for the opportunity to love and serve all of our policy owners and their families.
